Is weight management your major reason for joining a club?
This membership is for anyone whose main reason for joining a club is weight management and who wants to concentrate on just weight loss as their primary focus during the first few months they get started.
This is also a great program for someone seeking professional weight loss to accomplish a specific goal, such as being in a wedding, going on vacation, or who just is frustrated with their weight and wants to work toward a set goal under the guidance of a professional.
Our 12-week weight loss program: • You come to the club 2 times per week (minimum) • One session is with a coach in the semi-private group program each week and one session is focused on just weight/nutrition guidance in a 1:1 setting (24 sessions total) • You will also have unlimited use of the group personal training classes • You get a notebook/menus/supplements/food journal. Everything you need to successfully lose weight is included in this program • We will weigh and measure you once a week and help you track your progress • Each week you will leave with seven days of menus • The weight management program includes unlimited use of he club for the entire 12 weeks
12 week weight loss program $50 registration fee + $200 per month x 3 months ($650 total)
